WhichAI ranks AI tools using community reviews and head-to-head votes. The scores are an aggregate of what contributors think, not a measurement of objective quality, and not professional advice. Read how the scores work and judge for yourself.

Details about each AI — descriptions, tools, pricing — are supplied by the community or by the provider who has claimed the page. They can be wrong or out of date. Always check the provider's own site before relying on pricing or features.

You must be at least 13 to have an account, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Accounts are for people, not organisations or scripts.

• One account per person
• Do not share your account or let anyone else use it
• Do not create accounts to inflate or suppress a ranking
• You are responsible for what happens under your account

The rankings are worth something only if the contributions behind them are genuine. When you review or vote, you agree:

• To describe your own real experience with the tool
• Not to review a product you work on, or a competitor's, to move its score
• Not to accept payment or other benefit in exchange for a review or vote
• Not to use automation, multiple accounts or coordinated voting
• Not to post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates someone else
• Not to post other people's private information

We may remove contributions and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may discount votes that appear coordinated. We do not owe you an explanation before acting, though we will usually give one.

What you write stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it as part of WhichAI, including in aggregate form such as scores and rankings. You can withdraw a review by deleting it, though scores already computed from it are not retroactively rewritten until the next ranking run.

If you claim a page on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it. Verified providers may edit their page's description, tools and pricing.

Claiming a page has no effect on its ranking. Providers cannot change their score, their reviews, or the listed strengths and weaknesses — this is enforced by the system, not by policy. We do not sell placement, and there is no mechanism through which we could provide it. Every provider edit is recorded. We may revoke a claim if it was obtained by misrepresentation.

WhichAI is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, accurate, or free of errors, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on its rankings or on information about any AI tool listed here. Third-party tools are operated by their own providers under their own terms; we are not affiliated with them and do not endorse them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, WhichAI and anyone running it are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using WhichAI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The sections that by their nature should survive — your content licence, disclaimers, and liability limits — do.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date at the top and say so on the site. Continuing to use WhichAI after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes will be heard by its courts, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
